2. Indemnification and Damages Cap
- Third-Party Claims: The workshop owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cngexperts.com and its operators from any claims, vehicular accidents, gas leaks, property damage, compliance fines, or consumer lawsuits arising from your workshop operations.
- Hydro-Testing and Certification Liability: All legal liability concerning government certification, RTO endorsements, structural cylinder failures, or hydro-testing validity rests solely upon the executing workshop.
- Financial Cap: Under no circumstances will cngexperts.com be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses (including lost revenue or profits) stemming from portal downtime or listing deactivations.
